Smiley was born when two longtime friends — one a doctor and the other an engineer — became fathers and began looking at children’s skincare through a different lens.

Like every parent, they wanted products they could trust on their children’s delicate skin. They looked at ingredients, formulations, quality, and safety. And when they couldn’t find everything they were looking for in one place, they decided to create it themselves.

That decision became Smiley.
